Key information on shipping, returns, and support.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We currently ship to Germany and the United States. Shipping is free on all orders and includes tracking.
How long will my order take?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit time: 7–11 business days (Mon–Fri)
We’ll always work to deliver within the estimated timeframe. National holidays may affect delivery times; if a delay occurs, we’ll notify you and take appropriate steps to minimise inconvenience.
Which carrier will deliver my parcel?
Orders ship via Deutsche Post or DPD based on your location. For U.S. deliveries, your parcel is typically handed off to USPS or another local courier for final delivery.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow it all the way to your address.
What is your order cut-off time?
All orders are processed before 5:00 PM CEST (Central European Summer Time).
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn/unused with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email support@lennartkreutz.de. If accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation—unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a change-of-mind return or an exchange request, the customer covers return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
How do exchanges work?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel before your order has been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. If it has already been dispatched, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has left our warehouse.
- You will need to cover return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees are applied.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically take up to 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable?
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements for loss or theft.
